https://www.talentzoneconsultant.com Vacancy Sun, 17 May 2026 18:12:10 +0530 en-us https://www.talentzoneconsultant.com https://www.talentzoneconsultant.com/job-openings-for-instrumentation-engineer-bangalore-979930.htm https://www.talentzoneconsultant.com/job-openings-for-instrumentation-engineer-bangalore-979930.htm Thu, 24 Jun 2021 00:00:00 +0530 Job responsibilities includes:- ** Study and review of P&ID, Process flow diagram (PFD) with respect to the Instrument types and process description. ** Review of process datasheets, plot plan, Line list, Piping material specifications, equipment layout, vessel datasheets, area classifications etc. ** Preparation of Instrumentation Data sheets for various flow, level, pressure and temperature instruments. ** Adept to Pressure Safety Valves and Pressure Control Valves sizing with actuators using API 520 and ISA 75 standards respectively. ** Preparation and finalization of installation standards: process & pneumatic hook ups. ** Preparation of Installation Hardware MTO. ** Flow element sizing calculations using ISO 5167 Standard. ** Preparation of Functional Schematic diagrams. ** Instrument/Electrical interface details. ** Material Requisition for Various Instruments. ** Preparation of Instrument Index / IO List. ** Preparation of Cable & JB schedule. ** Cable Block diagram and Loop wiring diagram from field instruments to DCS/ESD Marshalling cabinet & system cabinet. ** Junction Box Wiring Diagram. ** Preparation of Level sketches. ** Preparation of Instrument JB Location Layout. ** Preparation of Air Connection Layout. ** Cable Tray and Trench layout. ** Cable Tray MTO including all fittings and accessories. ** Review of quotations, preparation of technical questionnaire, technical bid analysis and purchase requisition etc. for the same. ** Involvement in HAZOP studies and further node wise preparation of HAZOP worksheets which include the deviations, causes, consequences, existing safeguards and recommendations. ** Basic knowledge of DCS and PLC Systems, System Architecture, Cabinet / Panel GA for DCS, SIS and PLC systems.
