Job Description :


Key Responsibilities:

Execution of preventive maintenance schedules for various substation equipments to increase up time and to carry out periodic checks to ensure performance of various equipment.
Execution of condition based monitoring, analysis the result and to plan for predictive maintenance to increase the up time of the system.
Identifying areas of bottlenecks / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools like root cause analysis.
Ensuring stringent adherence to safety standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
Ensuring stringent adherence to quality standards, norms & practices, identifying gaps and taking corrective action.
Handling major repair or replacement faulty electrical equipment, testing of new electricity systems and correct any faults and test electrical work for safety.
Guiding site staff in Maintaining of Record and Data properly as per business need for both substations.
Annual Inspection / Audit of substations.
Conducting monthly training program for GIS Substations.
