Mandatory Skills
Previous Experience in delivery roles or projects is a MUST
2-3 years of experience in Technical Training/ Mentoring
Strong programming background in python with good understanding of basic python data structures and in- built methods
Hands- on working experience in python modules
Knowledge in Odoo is a good-to-have item but not mandatory
Good knowledge of DBMS
Well aware of programming best practices, version control with GitHub
Good communication skills
L&D experience in IT industry preferred (Not a must as long as possessing the passion towards L&D, Knowledge Management)
