Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily billing and invoice processing.
Verify billing details, discounts, taxes and payments.
Handle credit/debit notes and billing corrections.
Reconcile invoices and payment records.
Coordinate with sales, finance and operations teams.
Resolve customer billing queries and discrepancies.
Prepare billing MIS and maintain accurate records.
