• Job Description :-
 Branch Manager should have deep and strong knowledge of sensor, Temperature controller, thyristors, safety,etc
 Hands on experience of CRM portal
 Good knowledge of industry segment Automation, packaging, pharma, HVAC, printing, automobile.
 Dealer Management/ Experience of managing channels.
 Having the good knowledge OEM’s and end user.
 Develop strong business relationships with key customers.
 Together with the branch management team develop strategies to ensure business growth through effective account management and direct customer and market communications.
 Co-ordinate with other Managers to ensure efficient sharing of resources between branches including National account sales, training and technical support, and project resources.
 Drive Schneider initiatives by collaborating across business units with clear results.
 Team handling experience of minimum 5 no’s of members
 Administration Support at branch
 Achieve target of individual and regional
Qualification:
 B. Tech (Electrical, Electronics Or Instrumentation)
 Post graduation (Not Compulsory)
Experience :
 Minimum 07-10 Years’ experience also considered
 Team handling experience is mandatory
Skills :
 Excellent strategic leadership skills
 Strong presentation and written and communication skills
 Advanced understanding of Industrial Automation
 Excellent customer relationship skills
 Capability to think beyond the branch activities to continue growth
 Strong sales, technical and management skills
 Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Access and Excel.
