We are hiring a Business Analyst to gather business requirements, analyze processes and translate business needs into actionable solutions. The role involves stakeholder management, requirement documentation, data analysis and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories and process flows.
Work closely with business and technology teams.
Analyze data and prepare insights/reports.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Support UAT, testing and implementation activities.
