Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our
team for field sales of industrial chemicals and lubricants across Maharashtra. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for sales, an understanding of industrial applications, and
a proven track record in industrial sales.
Key Responsibilities
 Identify and target potential clients in the industrial sector for industrial
maintenance chemicals and lubricants.
 Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of
client satisfaction.
 Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstration to clients, highlighting the
benefits and applications of our products.
 Negotiate sales contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
 Provide technical support and advice to clients regarding the use of our products
in their applications.
 Prepare regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and client feedback.
 Travel extensively across Maharashtra to meet clients and conduct sales activities.
Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
 Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in lubricants.
 Acumen of Sales and Marketing Activities
 Strong understanding of industrial applications and the ability to provide
technical advice.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Strong negotiation and closing skills.
 Ability to travel extensively across Maharashtra.
 Self-motivated, with a dedication and zeal for sales.
