Business Tax Preparation, Review and Tax Compliance filings- Form 1120, Form 1120-S & Form 1065
IRS/State notice handling and representation
Tax Preparation proficiency
Knowledge of Tax Law and Regulations
Experience in handling complex business Tax returns
Experience in handling Form 5471, Form 5472, Sch M1/M2 Adjustments, R&D Credits
Experience in handling various state tax returns
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail
EA or relevant certification is a plus
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
