Head Chef For Food Production

Must have experience in 4 star hotels or above or reputable restaurants, must have worked as a Junior Sous Chef and above

- Head entire central kitchen food preparation and delivery to 12 company restaurants

- Must have knowledge in preparation of meats, chicken, sauces, vegetables and pastry goods

- Must have experience in large kitchens, specifically in mass food production

- Able to organize kitchen stations: Butcher, Sauces, Bakery, Packing

- Strong personality to manage staff of various nationalities, from Indians, Nepalis, Filipinos to Egyptians

- Manage a team of no less than 18 staff and 10 drivers (these will increase to 30 and 15 drivers imminently)

- Ensure HACCP and cleanliness of location / products

- Quality assurance of received products, cleaned products and distributed products to restaurants and customers

- Ability to food cost and control costs / manage inventory

- Purchase Management Skills

- Strong work ethic, organized
