Job Title:
Client Servicing Manager - Events
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Client Servicing Manager to lead client communication, requirement analysis, proposal
development, project planning, and end-to-end event delivery. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships,
guide internal teams, and ensure flawless execution of all events.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Leadership & Strategy
• Lead client meetings, understand briefs, and convert them into actionable plans.
• Identify client needs, propose solutions, and manage expectations.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients.
2. Proposal & Budget Development
• Prepare event concepts, presentations, budgets, and pitch decks.
• Ensure feasibility, profitability, and alignment with client goals.
• Collaborate with creative and production teams for accurate inputs.
3. Project Planning & Coordination
• Create detailed event timelines, checklists, and workflow plans.
• Liaise with production, creative, operations, logistics, and vendors.
• Manage approvals, revisions, and communication flows.
4. On-Ground Event Delivery
• Lead event execution and supervise client interactions.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed as per plan.
• Resolve last-minute challenges professionally.
5. Team Management
• Mentor junior servicing team members.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor performance.
6. Reporting & Closure
• Prepare event reports, feedback summaries, and documentation.
• Handle billing support and closure discussions with clients.
7. Weekly Review Meeting:
Participate in weekly review meetings to present project updates, operational challenges, closure status, and
process improvements in a timely and structured manner.
Experience Required:
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in client servicing and business development within the events industry
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Holiday)
Mode of Interview : Online (1st round ) & Face to Face (Final Round)
