The JD for CS is as below:
To coordinate with clients/ ops team / CHA s wherever required.
Timely communication of shipment updates vide DSRs & Emails to clients
To send enquiries / receive rates // negotiate // to further quote to the client account that the CSE would be handling.
To follow up on sailing confirmations or shipment uplift , to receive timely pre alert and to send them accordingly well in time to clients
Follow up of shipments till it reaches or arrives at the POD & further scope if required & update all concerned accordingly
To call up clients and to maintain a good rapport.
To be aware of the market scenarios in the field of logistics/carriers,
To be able to correspond to the management on a timely basis for any issues arising out of shipments for the same to be sorted out then and there.
To be able to correspond with the overseas / local – operation teams for smooth execution of shipments.
