The Job Role and Responsibilities
1.Attend walking customers, distributors inquiries.
2.answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
3.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
4.Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
5.Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
Competencies and Skills Required
1.Good communications skills. A clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English is also desired.
2.Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills
3.Good interpersonal skills
4.Ability to handle pressure
5.Background of retail industry is must ( showrooms etc).

Salary	90 Thousand To 2 Lac P.A.
