Job Description 1. Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately 2. Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls 3. Receiving and sorting daily mail 4. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. 5. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office. 6. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. 7. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures). 8. Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email 9. Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries 10. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges) 11. Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. 12. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. 13. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
