React / Redux Native & Mobile/Web UI knowledge/Angular JS
Node JS and Server Side knowledge
Experience in leading a team of 8-10 technologists
Have strong system development experience with command on following
Web Development: JavaScript , HTML5, CSS3
Working knowledge in one or more of the javascript frameworks (react, angular), JSON
Grasp on one or  more unit test frameworks (like Junit)
Any one of the Database technologies like SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL/MongoDB/Cassandra)
Spring, Hibernate, Spring MVC, Micro services
SOA, EDA, and Design patterns
Code versioning tools like Git, Gerrit, Svn, Mercurial
Good understanding of continuous integration & continuous deployment environments
Excellent problem solving and debugging skills
Any open source contribution is a plus
