Screening & interviewing potential candidates from multiple recruitment sources
To conduct first round of telephonic and face to face or interview for the candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education- Any Graduate
Should possess Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Proven recruiting experience for bulk telesales and client service positions. (Consultancy or corporate)
Ability to conduct different types of interviews to test candidates' specific competencies (telephonic interviewing, face-to-face interviewing, negotiating, reference check etc.)
Communicating employer information and benefits during selection process
Strong decision making skills and sound judgment
