Job Description/Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
Recruitment cycle, coordinating with consultants, taking first round of interview, lining up the interviews with the concerned HOD's and getting the feedback and sharing it with the consultants
Coordinating with candidates for the joining and collecting relevant documents on the day of joining and issuing offer letter
Organising Employee training programs internally and externally
Searching for ITI's and Training Institutes for the tie- ups
Tracking the performance of employees
Maintaining data on Skill Matrix
Handling 5S and Safety projects in the plant, coordinating with Zonal Leaders for the regular 5S audits and getting the NC's closed

Experience	2 - 4 Years
Salary	80 Thousand To 3 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
