Minimum Requirements
● At least 5 years of experience in B2B inside sales.
● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, business management, or
related field.
● Accredited inside sales manager (AISM) and Certified inside sales professional (CISP)
accreditations are advantageous.
● Record of meeting or exceeding targets. Experience with both inside & outside sales,
including lead generation & outbound prospecting.
● Hands-on experience with tools used for lead generation.
● Ability to adapt to time zones based on the geography focus.
● Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities.
● Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
● Exceptional listening and presentation skills.
● Strong organisation and self-management ability.

Key Responsibilities
● Recruiting, training, and supervising members of the inside sales team.
● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold email
campaigns.
● Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive
quality leads to pursue.
● Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
● Preparing accurate sales forecasts and evaluating targets achieved, to assist the
company in making sound business decisions.
