Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
o Assist in creating and developing design concepts and solutions for various
architectural projects.
o Prepare drawings, sketches, and 3D models using design software.
o Contribute to the development of detailed architectural plans and
documentation.
2. Project Coordination:
o Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and other team members to
ensure project objectives are met.
o Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors for smooth project
execution.
o Support in managing project schedules and deliverables.
3. Documentation and Compliance:
o Prepare and review architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
with local building codes and regulations.
o Assist in creating project presentations, reports, and other necessary
documentation.
4. Site Visits and Inspections:
o Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence
to design specifications.
o Identify and resolve minor on-site issues in collaboration with the project
team.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or related roles.
 Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and
Adobe Creative Suite.
 Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques.
 Strong design and visualization skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Preferred Skills:
 Experience with 3D rendering software like V-Ray or Lumion.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
 Familiarity with project management tools.
