We are hiring a Senior Learning & Development Executive to manage employee learning initiatives, training programs and capability development. The role involves identifying training needs, coordinating programs, evaluating effectiveness and supporting the organization's overall talent development strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across business functions.
Design and coordinate learning and development programs.
Manage internal and external trainers and training vendors.
Develop training calendars, content and learning materials.
Track employee participation and training completion.
Measure training effectiveness and prepare L&D reports.
Support leadership development and competency-building programs.
Manage LMS and maintain employee learning records.
Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders on capability development.
