1. Experience in determining and scheduling fleet.
2. Experience in reviewing contractors' invoices for accuracy and correctness.
3. Experience observing fleet operations, and making on-the-spot decisions.
4. Experience in prepares and maintaining fleet routes, calculation sheets, schedules, records,
correspondence and related documents as assigned.
5. Experience in scheduling periodic reviews of fleet assets.
6. Experience in performing fleet utilization studies to prevent user abuse of service.
7. Experience in inspecting completed work to assure repairs meet acceptable services' standards, operating
and testing fleet as required.
8. Approves the Automotive repair record if completed repairs are satisfactory or rejects
repair if not acceptable.
9. Perform any additional requested job when required.
