Job Description:
ExaminePayroll inputs for completeness, upload them, process, check control
reports and generate error free and timely HR outputs for dispatch to clients.
Analyzeclients HR processes and recommend any improvements and changes.
Ensuring compliance with all compensation and tax regulations like IT, PT, PF, ESI
ProcessTDSQuarterly returns and Form 16 issuing.
Validate and process all reimbursement claims & Investment proofs.
Resolveemployee / client queries independently
Properfiling and documentation of inputs / client record / outputs etc.
Requirements:
Preferably a degree in MBA-HR or MSW or equivalent
Nopriorworkexperience or 1 year payroll experience
Handsonexperience in MSExcel
Eyefordetail
GoodCommunicationskills & Hard Working with a curiosity to learn.
