Brief JD:
We are hiring a Senior Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee payroll queries and payroll reporting. The role requires strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxation and labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leave, deductions, incentives and payroll inputs.
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Process salary revisions, arrears, bonuses and full & final settlements.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and documentation.
Prepare payroll MIS and management reports.
Resolve employee payroll and salary-related queries.
Coordinate with HR, Finance and external payroll vendors.
Ensure payroll timelines, accuracy and confidentiality.
Support payroll audits and statutory requirements.
