DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION: (HIGHLIGHT CRITICAL ACTIVITIES)
€¢ Procurement to pay cycle (adherence to purchase procedures) In particular Ferrous
and non Ferrousmaterial
€¢ Daily monitoring & reviewing of purchase indents, Giving feedback to immediate
Manager
€¢ Timely issuing request for quotation
€¢ Preparation of commercial comparative & negotiation
€¢ Timely issuing purchase order (Minimise indent to PO issue lead time) To follow
the Procurement process and documentation as per ISO / Statutory requirements
€¢ Follow up with suppliers for delivery of material.
€¢ coordination with transporters, store team for material receipt
€¢ Coordination with account team vendor payments and other any commercial queries.
€¢ Preparation of purchase related MIS reports

KNOWLEDGE:
€¢ Knowledge of procure to pay cycle (adherence to purchase procedures)
€¢ Basic knowledge of Engineering and manufacturing practices
€¢ RM knowledge
€¢ ERP / IT Knowledge
