Procurement to pay cycle (adherence to purchase procedures) In particular Ferrous
and non Ferrousmaterial
Daily monitoring & reviewing of purchase indents, Giving feedback to immediate
Manager
Timely issuing request for quotation
Preparation of commercial comparative & negotiation
Timely issuing purchase order (Minimise indent to PO issue lead time) To follow
the Procurement process and documentation as per ISO / Statutory requirements
Follow up with suppliers for delivery of material.
coordination with transporters, store team for material receipt
Coordination with account team vendor payments and other any commercial queries.
Preparation of purchase related MIS reports
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of procure to pay cycle (adherence to purchase procedures)
Basic knowledge of Engineering and manufacturing practices
RM knowledge
ERP / IT Knowledge
