Experience – 8-9 years minimum

Salary –30 – 60K ( Negotiable )

Job Location – Ludhiana

Qualification - Masters in Biochemistry / Food Technology / Microbiology / Biotechnology or equivalent degree



Responsibilities –



Ability to implement quality management system , procedures & standards which enable to achieve regulatory compliances .
Responsible for improvement in quality of the product by encouraging & motivating team members through guidance .
Able to handle all queries by different customers related to product quality or system.
Must be familiar with all regulatory requirements , legal compliance , licences & its documents & records .
Must be familiar with testing parameters . Must be able to train the staff at lab on physiochemical , microbiological & sensory parameters.
Review all QMS Documents .
Approval of all SOP impacting product quality , reprocessing & rework & decision on approval or rejection of incoming material & final products .
Handled the process of new label development as per FSSAI , for new products nutritional info , communication & final approval of labels .
Participate in interviews, induction, training and performance evaluation of all QA leads.
Be an escalation point for all matters related to testing and quality assurance and operate as a primary point of contact for the QA teams.
Responsible for Leading and directing the QA leadership team.
