Job Description
Talent Zone Consultants is looking for an experienced Senior Relationship Manager for a leading BFSI organization in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for managing and growing an existing client portfolio, acquiring new customers, increasing revenue and wallet share, and providing suitable banking/financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deepen relationships with existing corporate, business, HNI or affluent clients.
Identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through market mapping, referrals and networking.
Drive revenue, portfolio growth, customer acquisition and wallet-share targets.
Understand client business/financial requirements and recommend appropriate banking and financial products.
Cross-sell products such as loans, working-capital facilities, trade finance, cash management, insurance, investments and other banking solutions.
Develop and execute client acquisition and relationship-growth strategies.
Conduct regular client meetings, portfolio reviews and business discussions.
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Product, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
Prepare business proposals and support credit appraisal/structuring wherever applicable.
Monitor portfolio performance, customer satisfaction and potential business/risk issues.
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings and BFSI products.
Ensure adherence to KYC, AML, RBI regulations, internal policies and responsible-sales practices.
Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline reports and MIS.
Meet and exceed individual and team business targets.
Candidate Requirements
7+ years of relevant experience in Relationship Management, Corporate Banking, Business Banking, Retail/Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, NBFC or Financial Services.
Graduate degree required; MBA/CA preferred for corporate/business banking roles.
Proven track record of client acquisition, portfolio growth and revenue generation.
Strong understanding of banking products and financial solutions.
Experience managing high-value/corporate client relationships preferred.
Strong negotiation, presentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
Ability to independently manage targets, client portfolios and business development activities.
