Job Description :
Inquiry receiving & handing over to sales team.
Follow up with sales team for attending customer inquiry
Follow up with sales team for proper selection of items as per customer requirement
Receiving offer request from sales team
Price request to principle, Preparing offer
Forwarding offer either to sales team/ customer with prior information to sales team.
Supporting sales team for negotiation of offer with customer.
F/up with sales team for order from customers
Evaluation of order received from customer for the technical & commercial terms in lieu with sales team.
Forwarding order to order processing team.
Compilation of orders according to customers & updating to sales team
Review of order status with sales team every week for prioritizing delivery schedule
Update the issues/ hurdles about order execution of all the customer with sales team to resolve issues.
Supporting sales co-ordinator for sending order acknowledgment with proper delivery schedules.
Streamlining material dispatch from principle as per customer requirement & make necessary adjustment for the dynamic/floating situations at that time in consultation with sales team time to time
Payment f/up with customer as per PO terms in consultation with sales team
Updating proper delivery schedule to customer in consultation with sales team
Dispatch instructions to stores on-time as per customer/ sales team requirement
Aligning customer – principal – sales team for overcoming all the issues for proper execution of customer orders & achieving customer satisfaction.
Working on cross functional jobs & sharing sales co-ordinator job responsibility to speed up the work & serve customer in-time.
