Sales Manager (Full Time)

Lead and manage sales efforts(B2B) to achieve sales targets.
Promote products of Elmec and maintain/generate a steady sales pipeline.
Manage a team of sales reps.
Create sales channel partners (Resellers,Dealers etc.)
Provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, pricing and service information.
Provide product quotes and actively utilize value-selling tools and skills.
Uncover and assess customer needs and develop and execute value proposition.
Proactively identify new accounts using screening techniques, referrals, and pospecting to potential customers.
Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions (eg, current customers, potential customers, competitors) and develop a strategy to achieve revenue goals.
Participate in planning and reviews. Develop and act on analysis to make recommendations on products and growth opportunities.
Navigate complex problems and structures to determine the best solution for customes needs.
Collaborate with other business units to evaluate volume, identify trends, ensure quality, and monitor budgets.
Reporting to CEO and head of operations.
