They should have an established prospective client base of their own, based on the above 4 products listed .
To be aware of the market scenarios in the field of logistics/carriers // competitor know – how.
To have a rapport with the liners / CHAs / co-loaders.
Field Sales – to make everyday visits to prospects & clients // to call prospects & clients // follow up for enquiries from them //
Once received, take rates from carriers // co-loaders // overseas agents// to quote accordingly to clients.
Further follow up to onboard them .
Once onboard , to closely coordinate with CS/ ops to monitor the services rendered to clients
