The responsibilities of a sales lead/manager are to induce the following in addition to
being a great sales executive who leads the team by example. You are a sales executive
first and then a leader/manager.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for sales of a product or portfolio
• Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve a given revenue target
• Strategize and implement a robust sales pipeline
• Continuously monitor and train team to improve performance and conversions
• Handle escalations and improve customer experience
• Keep track of the current performance and also help understand the future sales
pipeline
• Analyzing and sharing active feedback about the customer behavior, market
demands, and competition with the marketing team
• Give prompt reports on crucial issues and suggest solutions
• Make propositions, give suggestions, and designate sales targets and job
obligations to each team member
• Plan and implement admission events and webinars

Qualifications and skills:
• Strong presentation, communication, and proficiency in the English language
• 4+ years of relevant B2C sales experience along with proven capabilities in team
management in global sales & communication
• Have handled product lines end to end (preferably from BPO/Ed-tech industry)
