Designation: Salesforce Platform Developer / Salesforce Platform Senior Developer
Work Location: Novel Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Hosur Road, Bangalore
Work Timing: US Project, w ork timing is 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 days / 1 month
Salary: Based on experience and resource fitment
Technical Skills
• Good development experience with VisualForce, SOQL and APEX
• Create, monitor & manage Salesforce forms, fields and queue workflows
• Create and manage reports for various teams
• Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, Salesforce for Outlook)
• Experience in Salesforce Lightning & Salesforce Classic s etup
• Preferred – Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator (ADM - 211) or Developer (DEV - 401)
Certification​
S oft Skills
• Must have excellent Verbal and written communication Skills
• Demonstrated and proven ability to provide superior client service in demanding, deadline - driven
situation
• Involvement in at least two large Salesforce.com projects
• Must have proven track record in working with clients abroad and handling business users
• Ability to work independently on tasks assigned
Roles and Responsibilities
• Development and maintenance of various forms, queue workflows and reports
• Managing various workflow queues like Access control, Service desk, Global operations,
Infrastructure, inventory and purchasing for a multi - national organization
• Deliver timely responses to all incidents
• Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users with in organization
• Monitor all deployed projects, Pro - actively seek out and identify needed system issues & changes.
• Manage the change management and control process.
• Support and manage system applications in sandbox and production environments.
