Key Responsibilities:
1.Client Engagement:
o Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote our freight forwarding services.
o Handle inbound inquiries efficiently and professionally.
2.Lead Generation:
o Identify potential clients and maintain a database of leads.
o Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
3.Product Knowledge:
o Understand the companys freight forwarding services and communicate their value proposition to clients.
o Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
4.Sales Support:
o Assist the sales team in scheduling meetings, sharing service details, and preparing quotations.
o Provide timely follow-ups on client requests and feedback.
5.CRM Maintenance:
o Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
o Prepare and share call reports with the management.
