Key Responsibilities:
• Lead UI Development: Oversee the development of user interfaces using Java, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Design Leadership: Provide design leadership in complex development projects, including application development, migrations, and additions to existing applications.
• Code Quality: Establish and enforce coding standards, conduct peer code reviews, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, thoroughly tested code.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Mentorship: Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career growth.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and integrate them into the development process to improve efficiency and performance.
Essential Requirements:
• 8 -12 years of experience in programming language such as Java, JS, Spring, NodeJs, MVC.
• Full stack experience with expertise in front-end technologies like HTML5, JS, React, Angular, Emberjs, VueJs etc.
• Good understanding of commonly used front end frameworks, Responsive Web design, cross browser support, AJAX,
• Strong experience working as a front-end developer with ability to handle full stack.
• Experience building and deploying reporting applications for enterprise customers
• Knowledge of microservices and building high performant, scalable applications
• Strong Debugging, problem solving and RCA skills
• Good understanding of business needs and PLC in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Ability to learn new tools, languages and security domain on-the-job.
• Lean Agile development experience and good knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD
• Software Development Experience in Security domain / products, a big PLUS
