Job Description :
Some of the job responsibilities will include:
• Handle, respond and follow up on inquiries for meetings/events
• Negotiate contracts and banquet event orders (BEO)
• Finalise and detail catering plans for groups contracted by assigned sales manager
• Conceptualising and implementing sales and marketing plans in tune with the macro business plans, thereby achieving profitability
• Ensuring high quality services and optimum resource utilisation for maximum service quality.
• Have a team of unit sales managers and corporate sales managers

The Successful Applicant

a successful candidate comes with:
• 5+ years of experience in the 4+ star hotel chain in hospitality or luxury retail industry
• In depth knowledge of food and beverages, sales management and presentation
• Experience in team handling
• Dynamic, aggressive and agile candidate with a strong command over the

language
